This Service, Cancellation, and Refund Policy applies to all locksmith services provided by Suarez Locksmith LLC, operating under the trade name Suarez Locksmith, within the State of Florida.

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any locksmith service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this policy.

Overview

1.Scope of Services

Suarez Locksmith LLC provides professional locksmith services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential locksmith services.
  • Commercial locksmith services.
  • Automotive locksmith services.
  • Emergency and after-hours locksmith services.

All services are provided at the customer’s request and are subject to technician availability, site conditions, and on-site evaluation. Estimates provided prior to service are not guarantees and may change based on actual conditions encountered.

2.Pricing, Estimates, and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change based on service type, complexity, time of day, location, materials required, and site conditions.
  • Any price quoted over the phone, online, or via text is an estimate only and may be adjusted following on-site inspection.
  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For emergency, after-hours, or urgent services, payment may be required prior to or during service delivery.
  • Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or legal collection actions.

3.Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting service.
  • Have legal authority to authorize the service.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location.
  • Disclose any known issues that may affect the service.

Suarez Locksmith LLC shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or service limitations caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4.Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Scheduled appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur service, dispatch, diagnostic, and travel fees.
  • If a technician has already been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply regardless of whether the service is completed.
  • Emergency services cannot be canceled without charge once technician dispatch has begun, regardless of arrival time.
  • Failure to be present at the service location (“no-show”) may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable charges.

5.Refund Policy

Due to the nature of locksmith services:

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been fully performed or completed.
  • Labor, diagnostic fees, service calls, and emergency fees are non-refundable.
  • If a service cannot be completed due to reasons solely attributable to Suarez Locksmith LLC, the company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund.
  • Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis and does not constitute an admission of fault.
  • No refunds will be provided for services declined or stopped by the customer after work has begun.

6.Warranty and Service Limitations

  1. Suarez Locksmith LLC warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
  2. This warranty does not cover:
  • Pre-existing damage.
  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Modifications or repairs by third parties.
  • Hardware failure unrelated to the service performed.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Suarez Locksmith LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of property, or security breaches occurring after service completion.

8.Policy Modifications

Suarez Locksmith LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website and will apply to all future services.
